Balancing valves for differential pressure adjustment
A differential pressure control valve is a dynamic balancing device exploiting the combined action of a membrane and a spring, that reacts to pressure variations in the plant and is able to maintain the pressure difference across the circuit constant to the set value. This regulation is ideal to keep variable-flow plants, such as thermostatic valve, HIU or multi-zone controlled manifolds, constantly balanced. The partner valve perfectly completes the differential pressure control valve by allowing to balance the circulating flow rate, to transmit the flow pressure to the control valve, to measure the relevant pressure drops and to isolate the flow branch with position memory.
