Technopolymer manifolds

The CP 002 KC family of manifolds are modular and manufactured from reinforced polyamide. Their main feature is the presence of a dual chamber which makes them particularly suitable for radiant cooling applications.

Air chambers are arranged around the central chamber in which the water flows, providing insulation and condensation protection: the cold water circulating in cooling mode is isolated from direct contact with the environment by these chambers, preventing dripping condensation which can occur during summer due to high ambient temperatures and humidity levels. As such, when appropriate dehumidification systems are used, it is possible to circulate water at temperatures as low as 14 °C.

The manifolds kit is equipped with Fluxer on the flow manifold for correct balancing of the distribution ways and flow-rate read-out, as well as thermostatic inserts on the return to allow the individual circuits to be shut off via electrothermic heads, where required. The flow and return manifolds are also equipped with additional way with fill/drain valve and air bleed valve.

The manifolds are equipped with integrated single brackets, allowing the two manifolds to be fastened at the most suitable centre distance depending on the available space.

CP 001 manifolds, made in in reinforced PAS 777 plastic material, are suitable for low-temperature radiant applications and are particularly recommended in the case of cooling for which the use of metal manifolds obliges applying insulation shells to prevent condensation. They are supplied pre-assembled on double bracket or lowered double bracket, they are fitted with FLUXER (0-5 l/min) flowmeter on delivery and thermostat inserts on the return manifold.
